To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive the shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address entered correctly - use correct abbreviations, have spaces inserted properly, etc. We do not take responsibility for addresses that are entered incorrectly. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s), minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from africaZawadi, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

Tracking: africaZawadi will send packages with tracking information. In the event you have not received your package, but the USPS information states the that package was delivered,  you must address this with the United States Postal Service.  africaZawadi does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that are reported as delivered according to USPS.

We are able to keep our prices low with pre-scheduled shipping dates.

Products purchased before 22 January 2018 will be shipped 01 Feb 2018.

Products purchased between 23 Jan  - 09 March 2018 will be shipped 19 March 2018.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is ordered.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.
